Mapleton Property Sales is owned and operated by Blackall Range resident John Hart, together with a small staff of experienced and licensed agents. John Hart came to the Range area 20 years ago and purchased a major real estate agency in Maleny. Then later operated Buderim Central Realty for about seven years until founding Mapleton Property Sales seven years ago.
Mapleton Property Sales is located in Queensland, Australia, on the Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, just 100 km north of Brisbane in. The agency, at 5/3 Obi Obi Road Mapleton, covers a wide area from Dulong to Kenilworth, including the villages of Kureelpa, Flaxton, Montville,Palmwoods, Eudlo and the regions main town of Nambour. On the other side of the Range, Mapleton Property Sales services Maleny, Witta, Obi Obi, Kidaman Creek and Kenilworth.
Mapleton Property Sales has forged a strong hold in these markets since being established in 2004 and sales have maintained a healthy level ever since.
